Overview

You can create an unlimited number of box styles. A box style contains a definition of exactly how a box in a chart should be presented. Using a box style, you can set that fields, fonts, colors, etc. are displayed in chart box.

For example, the rule 'Employee Type' equals 'Contractor' could apply a box style showing the contract end date for the contractor.

A Chart Template contains a set of rules (e.g. conditional formats) that are applied to a chart. A rule action can be set to apply a box style.

The Box Styles Panel (located in Side Panels) is used to manage box styles.
