Overview

Import filters allow users to exclude or include records when the data is first loaded with the use of Exclusive and Inclusive filters.

Note: Applying import filters might change the Top Box. If admins delete the import filter or add new filter, after performing refresh of the chart data, they can use the Search icon in Viewer to search for their top box as the new chart will live under a different branch or they can change the top box ID in Chart Settings.

Exclusive Filters

This filter will exclude the results specified in the filter from the chart and across the application.

Inclusive Filters

This filter will only include the results specified in the filter and it will have an effect on the chart and across the application.

Seed Filters

This filter will only show the top box and all its subordinates and it will filter out all the other records. The effect is across application.
