Top Tool Bar
Overview
The top tool bar contains commonly used functions.
The top tool bar has two modes:
- Browse Mode - Used for reviewing charts. Minimal user interface.
- Edit Mode - Used for editing/authoring charts. Full user interface.
The top toolbar also contains various System Tools.

Browse Mode | Use the Browse Mode icon to toggle between the Browse Mode and the Edit Mode. |
Browse Mode Tools
A limited set of tools are available in the Browse Mode.

Select | Click to select a box. Shift+click to extend the selection. Click and drag to create a rectangular selection area |

Pan | If the whole chart cannot be displayed in the browser window, click and drag to change the displayed subarea of the chart. |

Save | Save the current document. |

Close | Close The current document. |

Undo | Undo the last action. |

Redo | Redo the last action. |

Publish | Create SVG, PNG, JPG, EPS or PDF files from the current chart. Published files can be included in documents (for example, Microsoft Word or PowerPoint) or web pages. |
Edit Mode Tools
Tools and Ribbons are available in the Edit Mode.
