OrgChart User Guide

The Namely Connector allows you to import data directly from your Namely account.

In order to query data directly from Namely, you must obtain an API key from the Namely portal.

1. Login to your Namely Account.
2. Select 'API' option from the Namely Menu. (Contact your Namely Administrator if you don't have access)
   
3. Under API, select Personal Access Token.
4. Select New Access Token, Enter Name, and Click Create.
   
5. Copy and Save Your Token.

For this step, you will need to have your API key ready

1. Login to your OrgChart Now account.
2. Select File
3. Select configure and select the Namely icon from the drop-down list.
4. Configure the Namely Connection.
   

• Enter subdomain (eg. the subdomain for orgchart.namely.com would be 'orgchart')
• Enter API key (See Step 1 for obtaining key)
• Check the 'photo field' box if you want to include photos in your org charts
• Enter 0 for report ID
